[Resolved] Mcdonald's India — Refund issue | |||
I paid ₹529 at mcdonald’s through paytm scanner in drive thru but the person working there said we didn’t recieved the payment and i said but my money is deducted but there was no response from them. So she called her senior and they came and told me to wait for 72 hours your money will be refunded to the same account then i also paid cash to them. Now it’s been 5-7 days i haven’t recieved any money. So please look into the matter. I’m providing the upi reference id and every payment information available to you. Refund my money as soon as possible as this is totally fraud. Payment paid - ₹529.20 Payment mode - Paytm upi Payment to - mcdonalds.[protected]@hdfcbank Payment made on - 25 september 2021 UPI Reference id[protected] Please refund my money as i have paid it from here and they also took cash from me.
