Mcdonald's India — refund issue (payment not received) | |||||
I had ordered for 38 burgers, but during the billing time they have billed it for 88 burgers and i have paid for that, and again they billed for 38 burger and asked me to pay, i payed for it also, when i had a word with the store they said it will be reimbersed within 2-3 business days, and the store was closed for a month, after that they asked me to come after 2 days, after a week and so on.. But its been almost two and a half months now still i have not received the amount. So please look into this and help me further to get the amount which was deducted of rs. 3432/- to be refunded. I have placed the order from jayanagar 9th block central mall branch store and they have taken back the invoice so please check and help me further. Now the store team is informing that they have missed the invoice. So please check and help me further. Dropped and email for them but there was no proper response. Email id: priyanka.
