Mcdonald's India — Refund not received for failed order

Order was placed on 29th November 2022 using McDonald's mobile app. Payment was done using Amazon pay but order got failed.
On site/app it's says it will take 4 to 5 days for refund.
It's been more than 20 days now I didn't get any refund.
