[Resolved] Mcdonald's India — refund still not processed for 2 months | |||
Mcdonalds - pondy bazaar, t. Nagar, chennai Order date: 07/09/2019 (Number 271) Amount : 1091.04 Debit card used - network issue - payment error. So paid cash for the order but found that the amount has been deducted from my bank account. When notified mcdonalds - they said refund in 7-10 working days. So waited - after that they told to lodge complaint with bank - complaint booked with indian bank on 15/09/2019 Bank notified after 30 days on 15/10/2019 - money with mcdonalds - your refund has to be processed by mcdonalds. Despite follow up - no refund yet.in mean time - 2 store managers have changed.
