[Resolved] Mcdonald's India — Violation consumer rights | |
This complaint is against the order I placed with Macdonald's through zomato app. The order which I received had vegetarian and non vegetarian food items, veg and non veg food items were placed in one single paper bag which is improper and inappropriate for me to accept. The fact that being a religious person this has caused me harm and damage on moral, religious and emotional grounds. Along with this the order was incomplete and certain food item(s) were missing. This is the third time I'm facing this issue due to which I felt helpless and left with the option to raise it on a consumer complaint forum. Simply trying to steer clear of their responsibility, especially having an outlet in India, by providing us with the refund is NOT A SOLUTION when the person has been religiously and emotionally done wrong. The food quality and distorted shape of food seemed like a regular degradation on their part which is beyond my understanding as to why they are not taking it seriously. The basic service of providing straw for beverages and napkins is always missing on their part in every order I have placed including the one this complaint is about.
