Mcent Browser — recharge not done

I am complaining about "mcent browser".

I have done a recharge "3" days ago using my mcent points. Though being 3rd day the recharge has not be done yet. And also my mcent points have been deducted and it also shows that your recharge has been done. I have already mailed them before but got no response from them.

Kindly help me regarding this issue.

I earned 99, 000 then I tried to recharge for
99, 000 plan for my jio number.i was tried for recharge then I got a recharge received message in mcent.but I didn't have any message from jio for activation plan.

I got a message recharge received through mcent browser but I didn't get recharged to my airtel mobile number
Mcent shows i recieved the recharge but i dint get the recharge so plase recharge my number i had done a recharge of 224500 points
