This company is a fraud company and we have to save public as early as possible from this cheating company.

I am facing same problem and i found their is lots people facing same problem with this company. Have placed multiple orders with Mebelcart but looking at their luring discounts but let me tell you it s the strategy to cheat customers. My product order no [protected] was ordered on 24th may and after two three days the product status automatically got changed and it was saying, it got delivered. I call them asking that i have not received the product how can it be delivered, neither did i receive any calls from Delivery delivery guy. At first there response was we will not give you any product or money because as per us it is delivered. After fighting they said we will look in to it. I lodged tickets, called customer care nth times, sent mails and with every mails they are saying mam we are looking in to it. It's been 15 days. No action. I asked them give me the contact details of the guy who was out for delivery and they are not providing it. And they are still so shameless that i am getting mail response to my complains after 15 days which says we are looking in to it. My another product order [protected] was supposed to get delivered before 13th May and it's still not shipped and they are also not ready to cancel as they will charge 5% of amount for cancellation. Bloody money suckers and cheaters. They already have one case going on for 150 cr for selling fake furniture from one of vendors.

I have decided to file a complaint in consumers court, my product value must be very less but the pain i have gone through in my busy life because of these thugs i worth taking the efforts. Complaint in process, notice will be received by them in 2-3 days.

Never delivered my product for which i paid online

I brought a eCraftIndia Radha Krishna Matt Texture Framed Original Oil Painting Canvas Reprint K1096 on MEBELKART on 20th May, 2016 04:38:22 AM and i paid for it online but the this untrusted website still didnt deliver my product. this is my oder id [protected]. and also i sent them a request to deliver the product and there was no response.
