Mebelkart — Refund not received for the damaged/returned product | |||||
Reference No: [protected]/95674 I purchased Prestige omega non stick cookware in Mebelkart online shopping website, and I received damaged product. immediately i raised a complaint and asked for replacement. I contacted Mebelkart customer care they asked for damaged product pics, After seeing pics they accepted for refund/replacement. They collected the product but money not refunded yet. Every time when we raise a complaint an auto reply will come with in 7 hours problem will be resolved still there is no response from the Mebelkart.
