Meesho — Amount refund Issue | |||||
Recently I have ordered two designer skirts and tops in Meesho with order ID - [protected] (one is 13-14 yr and other is 8-9 yr) On 12th Oct 2021 we have received 8-9 yr old product and we have raised an exchange request for which AWB no. [protected]. Delivery agent from Xpressbess came and picked up the product. The same day we have raised a refund request for the same product (8-9yr old) as we didnt like the quality of the product, so a new AWB no. [protected] created for refund. So, the product is actually picked from us, but we are not getting refund because of the duplicate ticket no. generated for refund. The status is shown as product is delivered which is wrong, we have clearly shown the tracking status as well. When checked the status of AWB no. [protected] - it is evident the product is returning to vendor, so till now Meesho is showing a wrong status and didnt initiate the refund. Contacted customercare but no use.
