I am writing to raise a concern regarding a product I recently purchased from your platform. The item is a wine colour net lehenga choli for women, priced at ₹1, 545.

After receiving the product, I followed proper washing instructions. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that the fabric quality is poor, and the color faded significantly after the first wash. This has affected the overall appearance and usability of the lehenga.

Given this issue, I kindly request your assistance in either processing a refund or providing an exchange with a better-quality product. I have been a regular customer of Meesho and hope that such quality concerns will be addressed seriously.

Customer Support Response: A customer service representative from Meesho reached out to me via email from [email protected]. They asked for: Photos of the damaged product Order ID A brief description of the issue Investigation and Resolution: After submitting the requested details, Meesho reviewed my complaint and approved a return pickup within 2 business days. The refund was processed within 5–7 working days after the product was collected by the courier partner. Support Contact Details: Email: [email protected] Customer Service Number (if applicable): You can also use the in-app "Call Support" feature for direct assistance. Tips for Other Users: Always keep your order ID and photos ready when submitting a complaint. Use the "Help & Support" section in the Meesho app for faster processing. Ensure the issue is reported within the return/refund eligibility period. Be clear and polite in your communication for a smoother experience. This process was handled professionally and fairly quickly, and I received a full refund without further issues. I hope this helps other customers resolve similar problems efficiently.
