Dear sir / madam,
This is to inform you that I had purchased this item called the “rechargeable waterproof scalp massager – handheld, portable”, from meesho on 16th April 2025, order Id No.[protected], valued Rs. 640/-, from the supplier “ISORICH”. I received the item on the 24th April 2025.
When I saw that the item was completely wrong, I took a picture of it and raised a return request on 24th April 2025 itself. The return pick up was to be done on the 26th April 2025, by Delhivery company. The agent who came to pick up said that the item which I was handing him over was not the same as the image he received. So, I told him that the item was wrong, therefore, I was returning it. H answered me showing, that the meesho people had failed to upload my image for the pickup agent.
You can see in the image named as “detailed information of the item – page 2”, that the “reason for return” is mentioned without the “view image” tab which is generally given, by the meesho people and they always ask for the images. I remember clearly that I had uploaded the image, as you would see in the image attached, called as “wrong item sent.” If he said if he picks it up the seller will not pay me anything because there is no image of the wrong item to certify the same.
The pickup agent asked me to put in a return request because only after 24 hours will his cancellation for picking up the item will be uploaded on his website. I noticed on his tracking website that the pick up was cancelled as you would notice it in the image named as “DELHIVERY PICK UP CANCELLED”. Till then I could not raise a return request again for this item.
At this while, I called up the help centre of meesho and spoke to a telecaller, mentioning about the problem of not uploading my image of the wrong item. The person mentions that they can see the image clearly that I have uploaded. So, I asked him, that when the pickup agent came he did not see that image but on the contrary the image of my order was reflecting on his mobile. On saying this, the telecaller said that he would come again and pick up the item.
If you notice in the image named as “delivery details page 3:, from 27th April 6:51 am to 27th April 10:23 am where in “return cancelled” is mentioned in red. I am a bit confused of how the timings of 6:51 am appears when my conversation with the help centre agent was not at all this early in the morning. It looks like the call centre people are tampering with the timings so that the customer gets confused about the whole issue.
So after several pleas the help centre agent of meesho put in a return cancelled note as seen in the image and again on the 27th April 2025 I reinitiated my return request. In the image “delivery details page 4, you see that it is mentioned clearly “return request initiated. Awb number will shared within the next 24 hours’, which was not done at all.
I called the help centre again and an agent assisted me with the same boring dialogues repeating how I should ask for pick up slip, and how the money will be transferred, etc., etc., just like a looped tape playing. I told him that I knew all this but needed only the AWB number as mentioned after the return request made by me. He said that they do not have any such details and that the pick up agent will call up directly.
Earlier, I noticed that when Delhivery was the pickup agent the Pickup Id’s were different compared to the present one called Valmo.
Today, that is the 29th April 2025, the pick up was not done.
I would like to bring to your notice that the pick up agent has been changed by the meesho people and it is very evident in the pictures / images which I have attached here with. I saved one of the images which shows that “DELHIVERY” was the pick up agent and then they changed it to “VALMO”. The image named as “DELHIVERY PICKUP DETAILS” shows that these guys have again played some dirty game. Valmo is their own pick up and delivery agents. When they changed my delivery pick up agent the entire data of their delivery changes from “DELHIVERY” to “VALMO”. So there is no record when one wants to see why the pick up agent refused to pick up my item. This shows their shrewdness very well.
I am attaching photos for your perusal. If possible, I shall number them or name them.
The meesho people have not been so kind and cordial as they speak over the phone. This is because the pickup was never done and despite asking for the pickup agent’s number, I was denied on the pretext that they do not have the details of the same. Neither was I given the AWB number nor the OTP no., because if this was shared, there would be a sure indication that the pickup agent would be coming to get the wrong item.
Though they speak very sweetly, like honey on the tongue, addressing the customer as a “valued customer”, they just lie and they just try to weasel out your money. First, they see that you are buying items for the first time and gain your confidence and trust by delivering the accurate items; and later when you go on a purchase spree, by believing in them; they trap you and your money. I have felt this very strongly, on the basis of my horrible experience with these guys.
Please kindly see to this that I get my money fully refunded and the item picked up.
