Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a serious issue I am facing with my recent order from Meesho. Despite several follow-ups and repeated assurances from your customer care team, my product has not been picked up for return even after 24 days of continuous waiting and delivery man number also invalid
Details of the Issue:

Date of Delivery: [30 september 2025]
Return Request Date: [30 september 2025]
Reason for Return: [that much in photo is not good quality of clothe and they don't like in the picture ]
Delivery Person’s Number: [protected] provided was invalid and unreachable.
Complaint History: I have contacted Meesho customer care multiple times. Each time, I was told that the pickup would happen within 1–2 days, but no one has come so far.
It has now been over [number of days], and I am extremely disappointed by the delay and poor response. The lack of proper communication and action has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I request you to kindly take immediate action to either:
Arrange the pickup and refund of my product without further delay, OR
Provide a written explanation and compensation for the delay caused.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further by filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum for deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I expect your urgent response and resolution at the earliest.
