I ordered a product from meesho worth rs 884 Cod on 24th April Saturday. The product was totally different I ordered recieved by xpressbees. I wanted to return the product but now I didn't get the option in the app to return the product. Instead of that it's showing, they tried to attempt the delivery of the product by Delhivery and I refused. Actually I got one more parcel with the same invoice and order no. In Sunday morning by delhivery agent but its was empty parcel only hard cardboard was inside. I got the doubt so I opened it. Delhivery agent ask me to write application abt it so I wrote . I refused to accept. But wat about that order wat I received on Saturday evening by xpressbees with the same invoice no. Please help me out. I ordered a designer saree and they sent me some low class cheap saree.

i have order a necklace worth 1342 rs as cod.i got my product yesterday it was really disappointed low class necklace doesn't even worth 50rs was delivered.i placed return request.but the status in the app is still not delivered so my return request is not accepted.i informed it customer service they tell me I have to wait for the status has to update to delivered.i got courier from bluedart.now when I again open the tracking link it's showing it yet to delivered reached kochin.what the hell is this.poor customer service

i have note complaint for refund i call on no which provides in meesho app but he said me go on google site and call on those number he said me share your full bank detail and then in the same time my full amount tranction to other account this is very hurted please tell me how can i recieved me amount again . that no is switch off right now which i have take from google please help me [protected]vsoory i hane no image right now my phone is battery dead

I have ordered a dress of worth rs 760 after discount on April 3rd and received it on 7th April. But i neither liked the colour nor quality so i placed return on the same day. But so far no one came to pick
I even called to the customer care several times but the issue wasn't resolved

Hello Ms. Swarna Sharma, Did you get a refund at the end? I am also in the same situation. I received wrong product on 9th Oct 2022 and raised a complaint with Meesho. However they denied that the product delivered is not from Meesho. I paid COD of rs.909.

Ordered a crop top online from meesho ( online shopping platform) for a person aged 30 years and they pranked by delivering a Saree . but saree is also like bager cloth.
When i requested a return and refund... Their customer support is also worst.. They didn't helped me they didn't listened rather they everytime end call half way... And they give new new excuses daily and delayed pickup everytime... This is not the matter of money But the matter of trust...
fraud or cheater app
i Also think to complen in Grahak suraksha ... if he/she dont support me...
