Meesho — complaining about refund on campaign charger and nonse behaviour of support agents

[protected] this is my ticket id, I have been mislead by the meesho support agent for running campaign telling me that I have free credits left and using my email ID to create and run campaign on my behalf subsequently charging me 1285 rupees on calling meesho support no solution was given and despite bad words were used by the support agent and on asking for senior support call was disconnected from their end this was absurd.
