On[protected] i order 2 quantity of kurta & pant set from meesho for ₹1450 (₹725 each set ) which i was estimated to be deliver on[protected]. but i got early delivery as on[protected]. I opened the parcel and got to know that i recieved only 1 set of kurta & plazzo
( that's not even a pant which was mentioned on site )
Secondly, i return the same parcel as on[protected]. and got the message that I'll receive only ₹725. i call to the customer care help support on[protected] for regarding the same issue. They told me that its a customer duty to inform in within 48 hours from the date of delivery if any of the quantity is missing.
Meesho don't mentioned such policy on there return and exchange FAQ.
I just want my ₹1450 back !!
