Meesho — Completely wrong product delivered and now they wont take return

I ordered golden wedges on 2nd July 2023 in size 3 and received the package on 4th july 2023 same day i placed return and refund because i received the wrong product. Order id[protected]. it was a pair of new black heels in size 7. a completely different product was delivered. The outer package invoice has the correct details but the inside package product is different. it was a prepaid order. i placed a return but the pickup was rejected saying it doesn't match the picture the pickup person has. my return was rejected twice, even though i genuinely received a wrong product, in the reasons of return i listed completely different product ( different size and design ) delivered. i called meesho service center 5, 6 times to clarify they said that in their system it shows that correct product was delivered but correct product was not delivered to me. i received black heels. meesho service is not providing e any resolution. they are believing the system over the customer. they are saying that return the correct product and refund or exchange will be done, but how can i return the correct product when i received the wrong product. they are not providing any resolution, i even told them i can send picture proof but won't except that the system info can be wrong they are not letting you talk to their supervisor they put you on hold and then cut the call i called many times, and they are not admitting their fault . my mistake as a customer was that i ordered prepaid and received a wrong product which is 4 sizes bigger than my feet and they wont return or refund when they sent me the wrong product. this is my last request to return and refund or exchange, since I am losing hope in meesho service and will be choosing other e commerce platform at least they have faith in customers and accommodate them to provide a response. its a genuine mistake it can happen that a wrong pair of shoes was delivered, I understand that but now no one is responding to my calls or messages on the app.

This is regarding the Order No.[protected]incorrect order ID on packaging) for Chikankari White suit offered via Meesho on 26th May, 2024. Instead of a 3 piece suit, a completely different red-green bandhini dupatta was delivered on 1st June, 2024. On placing the return request on the same day as delivery, the delivery person came to collect on 2nd June, 2024 and has marked the product "QC failed". This is absolutely ridiculous as an completely different product delivered cannot have a QC status at all in the first place. On raising customer complaints twice to executives Goutham and Mohammad Ibrahim respectively on 2nd June, 2024, an extremely horrible service was rendered. Both the executives did not understand that the product delivered itself was a wrong product from the one placed and kept mentioning that QC has been failed. They refused to transfer or escalate to the senior and when forced, Goutham placed us on hold for 15 min, ended the call abruptly after saying senior will only be available after 2 hours. Ibrahim was worse and initially blatantly refused to transfer to senior. When we started recording the call, he said he will transfer and put us in touch with another executive who started speaking in Malayalam and ended the call abruptly again. Both executives are telling that their records show that correct product has been delivered but refuse to share the proof that they claim.
Please look into this issue immediately, take the product and refund ASAP.
