Meesho — Failed to return damaged product

I have ordered glass baby feeding bottle and received them as broken. I also have photo and video o[censored]nboxing also.

Now when customer care agent is raising return request, first the guy comes after 4-5 day late instead of scheduled date and then he said that images attached in return request is of new product so return cannot be done, those images should be the broken one which you have got.

So raise return request again, i tried adding unboxing image and video but there is no option for us to add the same.
So I called customer care and explained him that return needs broken images, so plz raise new request with broken images. Again they have raised request with brand new product image.

And the cycle is going on from last 1.5 months. Now their app is not allowed me to raise return request stating that return can be requested only till 6-7 days after delivery.
