Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Meesho (Fashnear Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) regarding an unresolved return and refund issue associated with an order placed on their platform.
Despite submitting a valid return request, the return pick-up has been repeatedly rescheduled without my knowledge or consent. Each time, the scheduled date was cancelled or modified solely by Meesho’s delivery partner, and I received no prior notice or explanation.
In response to these repeated issues, I contacted Meesho's customer care team multiple times. Unfortunately, the representatives only provided generic responses such as “We understand your concern and will arrange the return, ” without offering any real assistance or resolution. On[protected], when I contacted them again, I was falsely told that the pick-up attempt had failed due to my unavailability. This is entirely incorrect, as I was available and waiting. Furthermore, when I requested to escalate the matter to a senior representative, the request was denied.
It is important to highlight:
All delays and rescheduling have been initiated by Meesho’s logistics team, not by me.
I have made repeated efforts to follow up and resolve the matter, but Meesho has failed to take responsibility or provide a resolution.
The company’s conduct amounts to deficiency in service and has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and mental stress.
I hereby request the Consumer Forum to:
Instruct Meesho to immediately arrange the return pick-up and process my refund.
Take appropriate action against Meesho for their negligent and misleading practices.
Ensure that customers are not made to suffer for failures on the part of the company or its delivery partners.
