It is a fraud of Ghost order: I have booked a gown from Meesho with order id = [protected]. it is cod order first I received a parcel & paid 1380rs to delivery boy when I opened that parcel there was a torn mope like cloth I immediately called delivery boy but he said there is nothing that he can do. In this order we also call Meesho service center they said don't worry we will make a return of it. After a few hours, another delivery boy came with the same gown parcel same address & same parcel he also asked for 1380rs for that gown. So it is a clear-cut case of ghost order. When the return pickup guy came he said he will not pick up that torn cloth he will only pickup that gown we also talked with his boss also said the same we also contacted the Meesho team to that delivery boy but he refuses to pick that up and said that he will pick up only when he gets mail from Meesho to pickup that torn cloth but the customer care agent said that this mail is not in our hands.
The main conclusion is that I have received a torn cloth just like mope instead of gown return pickup guy is not ready to pick up that gown even after talking with Meesho customer care agent. The delivery agent wants a mail from the Meesho team to pick up that torn cloth while Meesho is not mailing that. And there is also a case of ghost order I received the same parcel 2 times in a day first one carries a torn cloth for which I paid 1380 and don't know about another parcel because for that the agent is also asking 1380
What I want is that Meesho will arrange a pickup for that torn cloth which I received instead of gown and give me my money back
