I have been reselling with a company called meesho since few days, one of my customers placed an order for an kurti but saree arrived in the parcel with the invoice in which it was mentioned as kurti and price of the kurti but inside comes a saree.On speaking to the customer care of meesho they are saying that ur kurti order is rtoed but the tracking says the product is undelivered, but the customer got the parcel from meesho with the invoice in which it's written as kurti.Now I guess the supplier of meesho has leaked the resellers information to some other person so that this saree was delivered.Or these people are not checking the quality .Now my customer has done the online payment which is already paid to meesho now they are not picking up the product and they re not refunding the money also it's already been a month so I want the action to be taken on this company.my customer has paid 960 rs I'll attach the screenshot of the same.customer care number of meesho [protected]. https://ecomexpress.in/tracking/?awb_field=[protected]&s=
