Meesho — Incomplete order and price more than MRP

I had ordered 2 pen sets of Rolla Roller of 122/- each (total 244/-). Whose MRP was 100/- each (total 200/-). They denied to return that.

Now I had ordered one sketchbook set in which it was mentioned 2 books in 102 rs but now they had delivered only one piece. Now again rejected the request to return. Kindly help me get my refund.
These people are forging the customers.
