I am writing to formally complain about the incomplete refund for my order of artificial plants from your platform. The order was delivered on October 9, 2024, but one of the products was missing, and I only received a single item.
Upon noticing this, I immediately initiated a return request for both the delivered and missing product. Unfortunately, my return request was canceled without any notification or explanation. I then had to reapply for a return request, and finally, the delivery person arrived on October 19, 2024, to pick up the returned item.
However, after the return process, I only received ₹181 out of the total ₹362 I had paid for the two products. When I contacted customer service, the agent assured me that the remaining amount would be credited to my Paytm account, but as of today, I have not received the refund.
I would also like to highlight that your agent mentioned the seven-day window has now passed, and they cannot assist further, which is extremely disappointing considering the ongoing issue and the delays caused by the system itself.
I kindly request that the remaining amount of ₹181 be refunded at the earliest. Please look into this matter as soon as possible, and inform me of the steps you will take to resolve this.
