Our exchange order was initiated on November 18th, but for that request nobody has come till today that is December 5th

December 3rd our phone call to customer care to compliant the issue and gave a exchange request through call.
We have ordered blue color dress, but you gave a different color.
We have attached the screenshot for your reference
We want either the money back or the actual right product
We have not expected these kind of issues from meesho
We have mailed regarding this, but again no response and their mail is so unsatisfied to us.
If we are not getting a proper reply, we will go further and further.
