I ordered a dress, but received an old, used, and torn kurti instead. When I attempted to return the incorrect item, I was instructed to download the app. Upon doing so, I discovered discrepancies between the app and the website; my recent purchases were only visible on the website, preventing me from initiating the return process through the app.
Furthermore, I attempted to contact meesho customer service via phone, but all the provided numbers were non-operational. Emails to their customer support also went unanswered. In desperation, I found a number online, but the person I spoke with directed me to download WhatsApp and sent me a suspicious link. When I expressed my confusion, he began speaking rudely.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I request immediate assistance in resolving this issue and a full refund for the incorrect item sent to me.
