Meesho — Meesho - Delivery Fraud / Stolen Prepaid Order via Fake OTP Verification

I placed a prepaid order on Meesho for a night lamp worth ₹161 (Order ID:[protected]. On the delivery date, the package was falsely marked as "Delivered via OTP".I never received any OTP on my mobile phone, nor did I share one. No delivery agent ever arrived at my address. The courier rider stole the package and faked the system verification code.When I escalated this to Meesho customer support, a senior manager completely stonewalled me and refused to investigate or provide the tracking ID. I have officially escalated this fraud to the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No.[protected]. Beware of prepaid orders on Meesho—always use Cash on Delivery (COD)! Below is the order status, chat complaint with the manager who didn't solve my query and even provide me the complaint ID and my payment proof ( for 3 orders and one of them was 161 rupees night lamp)
