[Resolved]  Meesho — Meesho not refunding my money

NAME - DEEPAK KUMAR Meesho customer care no - 8896237179 Respected Sir/Madam, I want to say that I have placed an order of Smart Watch of Rs 285. (ORDER ID - 777514825034). After the delivered of that product, the product was defective so I place an exchange request, delivery boy has came and picked up my product and after many days no exchange item has arrived at my home So I call the meesho customer care they said that not worry your money of that item is refunded to your account or your official payment account. So I fill my bank details but not refunded money after again I call but they said that your item has not picked up but in Tracking Id it is pickup and returned to there. And after that i try and try and finally they said that your money will be refunded to your account but halen 5 month no any money came.
