I ordered 2 cotton sarees from meesho on my adress but when received parcel there was one saree missing in it, I called meesho help center and told them my issue, the guy who was talking told me to file a return request in that order section then I asked him if I request a return for 2 sarees and when courier guy will come and ask me for another saree then what will I tell him? He said they will check the weight of the delivered package and now if the weight will be the same then they don't have any issue, but when next day courier guy come he refused to take the one saree instead of 2 and tell me will check in office and come back after 2 days for pickup. I waited for him for 2 days but he didn't came, so I called again meesho customer care but again that lady told me to wait for 2-3 working days and I asked her for register my complaint but she said no need of it, your pickup will done I'm 2-3 days and you got refund after pickup.but still no pickup done and in app that is showing your pickup was cancelled by our delivery partner...now I called them and ask about it...now they are saying 7 days are over after delivery and we can't do anything..
