Meesho — Missing quantity and refund not issued

I have purchased 12 items on Meesho on 12 Nov 2021 and have received them on 23 Nov 2021 but I received only 2 items in two different packages and it was mentioned on the package sticker as" this package contains 8 items" and the the other package has "this contains 4 items" but what was actually delivered to me was just 2.

Since then I have been raising several complaints and none of the person is able to resolve my issue and at one point I got the response saying that they have checked the weight of the packages and its 800 grams each and hence all the products are delivered. These people are so irresponsible that they could not probe on this issue and could not apply logic that how could 12 items be 800 grams and more unfortunate that how could a package of 8 items and 4 items be 800 grams respectively? With this thing they came to conclusion that all items are delivered and they are not giving me refund. After this I have raise more complaints and they are always saying they are working on the issue but it has been more than 3 weeks not yet no one responds. This clearly appears to be fraud and I would like to go to the court and want some one to help me on this.
