Meesho — No proper service for the payment

@ pillow cover. Placed return since the product is not cotton as mentioned in the website. Thie quality is very bad. Hence had placed return. On 10/07/2026 Delhivery person picked the return.But i did not get any message. After two days Delhivery person called and said he was coming to pick the ruturn products. Told him already returned it. He said there was no otion to select the option already picked, instead he selected as cancelled. Now neither I have the product nor am i getting the refund.
Request Meesho to refund the amount to my account.
