I have ordered two products from Meesho app but both products are wrongly delivered. I have ordered two dresses but I got wrong products, one contain undergarments and some dirty stuff in torn condition and second contains a rough piece of cloth that is only 0.5 meter. Now meesho refused to handle my complaint and they even don't answer my calls and emails in proper way.
After receiving wrong parcel on using cash on delivery option, when I called them about this fraud, the very next day, they changed the status of parcel on their portal as cancelled but i have got WRONG parcel of exact amount from them. I want to file complaint against Meesho for 2 reasons: 1. Sending wrong products
2. Doing fraud by changing fake status for parcel after receiving complaint by my side
