I am extremely disappointed with Meesho’s service.
I placed an order for 5 items (Order ID: [protected]), but I received only 1 item. 4 items were missing from the parcel at the time of delivery.
I reported this issue to Meesho immediately, and I was promised a resolution within 24–48 hours. However, it has now been 6 days and no refund has been processed.
The refund amount pending for the 4 missing items is ₹2, 044.
Due to the delay and lack of action, I have already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Docket Number: 8633254). Despite this, the issue remains unresolved.
I request Meesho to immediately process the refund and resolve this matter without further delay.
If the refund is not processed immediately, I will proceed with further legal action through the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission. Was this information helpful? |
