Meesho — Product not delivered and bad response from Meesho

I ordered Plastic storage box container on 2nd April 2025 with order id[protected]

Meesho updated the delivery date as 12th April 2025, but product not delivered on time.

i contact meesho support team, they said due to strike they not able to deliver, but there is no strike in my place,
After multiple complaints also they are telling same story as there is a strike.

I attached all the photos including meesho team responses

kindly check and help me to get the product or atleast for the refund my money.
