I ordered a dress in meesho app on 11.10.2021 (Order #[protected]). It was a Pre-paid order of amount 454. The expected delivery date was 20.10.2021. The product was not delivered but the app shows it was delivered on 18.10.2021. No notification or sms regarding the delivery was received.
I contacted customer support on 20.10.2021 ( within 48 hours of delivery time shown in app). The executive who talked to me said that the problem will be solved in 2-3days and he didn't not register any complaint about the issue.
When i call again on 26.10.2021 then the executive told that no complaint was registered regarding the issue and then complaint was registered on 26.10.2021.
I got a mail from team meesho stating that the complaint was not registered before 48hours of delivery, which was a fault of team meesho because i called within 48hours regarding the issue but no complaint was registered by their executive. And i still didn't receive refund or the product. No Proper Response from Team Meesho.
Kindly help me get my refund.
