I have placed the order of "Classic chandeliers & pendant Lights" on 30th July 2022 and the product was delivered to me on 4th August 2022.
As soon as I received the product through the delivery partner Xpress bees. I shared the OTP and then opened the box immediately.
The box was filled with small small garbage boxes. I immediately gave a call to Meesho and file a complaint. Then they have asked for the video and images of the delivery box. I shared everything. They asked card details and all, I shared the same. They took a hell lot of time but still couldn't come back with the resolution and saying they have check with the delivery partners and suppliers but they concluded item was delivered successfully. Where is the proof item was there in the package and how can Meesho be so sure that it is delivered correct. Is they have any proof. I want that.
I have shared all the proofs, where are proofs from your end.
And one more thing as you mentioned in the mail -"Secondly, we noticed that on both of your past garbage/empty box claims, we offered you a full refund. This was an exceptional step that we did exclusively for you."
Reply to your statement - "Which both the garbage/empty box that you are talking about. Previously I had never faced this type of issue in Meesho. What the rubbish system/database you are using. Go and check in your database properly and then give such types of reasons and get back to me. Most importantly this is the first ever complaint I filed and I have not received a good response from your end also no resolution."
You guys are stealing money from us by selling product in cheap and sending empty boxes. And definitely there must be many customer from village or small town who are not able to file complaint also.
