Complaint Description:
I purchased OWO KITCHEN Combo Chutney Jar Mixer Jar (250ml & 500ml) on 26 November 2025 through Meesho, using Meesho Pay Later payment option.
Order & Product Details:

Size: Free Size
Delivery Date: 02 December 2025

After delivery, I found that the jar does not fit my mixer, despite the product description claiming compatibility. Due to this defect/mismatch, I raised a return request on 04 December 2025 and returned the product successfully.
Although the payment was already made via Meesho Pay Later, no refund has been credited to my account till date. I have contacted Meesho customer support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved and no refund reference has been provided.
This is causing financial loss and mental harassment.
I request the Honorable Consumer Forum to:
Direct Meesho to refund the full amount immediately
Provide refund transaction/reference details
Take appropriate action for delay and deficiency in service
