I am filing this formal grievance against Meesho regarding a severe deficiency of service, a total failure of transactional transparency, and the illegal withholding of my financial refund following a successful product return. On 01 October 2026 at 10:12 AM, a field delivery executive representing Meesho's logistics network (Valmo/Shadowfax) arrived at my address and successfully collected the return package. However, due to this i still not received my refund amount and any return successful confirmation message the tracking status has failed to update. Today is 09 October 2026, and the Meesho app interface remains incorrectly stuck on "Product pickup soon." Because of this or whatever, Meesho’s automated platform is wrongfully blocking my UPI refund. I have been aggressively escalating this issue through the Meesho Help Centre for the past 7 days. Their support team refuses to initiate a human/manual override or audit the courier's ground logs, repeating the exact same unhelpful automated script: "Sorry we can't solve your issue." Nothing positive has occurred, and my funds remain trapped.
I permanently lost my money and that product.
