I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the pathetic service provided by Meesho and its logistics partner, Shadowfax. Despite following all procedures correctly, I have been cheated, left without a resolution, and forced into a cycle of repeated complaints with no action being taken.
I had placed a prepaid order for a study table on Meesho, expecting a smooth shopping experience. However, what I received was a completely different and defective product. When I initiated a return, the delivery partner refused to pick it up, falsely claiming that it was not the correct item. To make matters worse, when I contacted Meesho’s customer care, instead of resolving the issue, they outright denied any wrongdoing, claiming that the correct product was delivered and refused to provide any assistance.
Feeling helpless, I had no choice but to purchase another study table, this time through Cash on Delivery (COD) to avoid another scam. This second order was from a different seller, and while I did receive the correct item, the quality was extremely poor. When I tried to return it, I was once again assigned the same incompetent delivery partner—Shadowfax. This time, they didn't even attempt a pickup or contact me, leaving me stuck with an unsatisfactory product.
Meesho’s customer support is nothing short o[censored]seless. Every time I reach out, they give scripted responses, tell me to wait for 3 days, and then the pickup never happens. This has created an endless loop where I keep re-initiating the return, but nothing actually gets resolved. I even went a step further and complained directly to Shadowfax, but no action was taken against their irresponsible delivery partners.
