Order#[protected]
Order placed on 18th Sep 22, product delivered 30th Sep 22. Raised exchange request on same day, 30th Sep 22 as I received a defect piece. Return pickup got cancelled on 8th Oct 22 without any reason. Again exchange requested on 8th Oct 22 and this also cancelled by courier partner on 14th Oct 22. Again exchange requested on 14th Oct 22 and cancelled by courier partner on 18th Oct 22. Again exchange requested on 20th Oct 22 and cancelled by courier partner on 21st Oct 22. Again exchange requested on 2nd Nov 22 and cancelled by courier partner on 03rd Nov 22. Again exchange requested on 7th Nov 22 and cancelled by courier partner on 21st Nov 22. Total 6 times the request was cancelled without any reason. I contacted customer care on 29th Nov 2022 and the executive said he will initiate the refund for the same and I will get the amount within 7 to 10 working days. I didn't received any refund and I called again today, 7th Dec 2022 and now the executive was telling that they can't do anything as the return window got closed.
Two things I am not able to get:
1) My exchange requests got cancelled without any reason for 6 times and no action taken against the courier partner
2) When I contacted on 29th Nov 2022, executive said he is initiating a refund and not sure what happened with that
Same issue with Order#[protected]
Finally, for both the orders the customer executive says that they crossed the return window, and they can't do anything and I loose my amount. Was this information helpful? |
