Meesho — Send wrong and cheap product and denied the refund amount

I have ordered a Mosquito Net. i received in different color and very cheap quality, so i raise the return but they cancelled the request again and again and gave the reason that quality check failed.
They send wrong product and deny returning the same and refund my amount.
Delivery agent was very rude, he didn't come to receive the product and without checking, cancelled the pick-up many times.
I am following up for 10 days, still facing the same issue.
Please help me in this
