I am a content creator who reviews and promotes Meesho products through social media. I have placed multiple orders (around 17 products) worth over ₹9, 000 for review purposes. However, I am unable to update my bank details in the Meesho app.
Every time I try to update my bank account or even UPI ID, the app shows “Invalid Details” – even though the information is correct. I have tried with multiple accounts and UPI IDs, but nothing works.
I contacted Meesho customer care several times and also submitted all necessary proofs, including screenshots and order details. However, they closed my ticket stating “proof not provided, ” which is completely incorrect. I submitted the requested proof on the same day it was asked, and I still have that record with me.
Because of this issue, I am unable to receive my payments, which is seriously affecting my content work and causing financial loss. I request the concerned authority to take immediate action, review my submitted documents properly, and help me resolve the issue.
