Meesho — Wrong product received and cheated

Hello,

I have ordered one Classy Glamorous Women Gowns against order no:[protected] which price is Rs.1037.00, As per meesho app update expected delivery date is 24th Sep'22.
We received the shipment on 16th Sep'22 at approx 7:00PM which is delivered by smartr logistic against (XSE[protected] and the delivery boy name is Pawan kumar (Mob: [protected]), before delivery he called and said i am from smartr courier and carrying one courier from meesho,

My wife received and paid the amount Rs.1037 by paytm. When she opened the packet found that the product was completely different and only normal green cloth was in the packet, Immediate she called the delivery person for return but the delivery boy said you have to reach out to meesho for replacement or refund.

Shocking thing is on 17th Sep'22 on Meesho app still the status is not updated to delivered and not getting the option for refund or return, then i reach out to Meesho for clarification, the executive from meesho talked very rude and said we cannot do much more and can just raise complain and sent me this mail on which i am replying, i requested the customer executive to transfer the call to the senior, after 15 minutes of waiting one lay came on call stating i am from senior escalation team, unfortunately she is much more rude than executive and asked me the courier name,

I confirmed that the courier name is SmartR logistic, she said this courier is not in Meesho list and you may contact the courier, we cannot do anything in this case. Again I called the delivery boy and said why you said you are from meesho. The courier boy said meesho people are telling lies because we have a contract with meesho. I don't know who is telling the lie, Meesho senior escalation executive or Delivery boy, which will be cleared in front of police or in Court.

I have tried to search the same smartr logistic courier on the internet and found as per their record the shipment has been delivered to my home but I am trying to contact the given number on a portal for clarification which is always busy.

Strange thing is how the courier company got the Meesho order number which he pasted on the shipment when this courier partner (smartr logistic) is not in the meesho list, also one meesho contact number mentioned on the shipment. It seems Meesho leaked the order id and allowed their contact number to mention on shipment label intentionally to the courier to encourage fraud.

All the screenshot has been attached for reference, Kindly arrange for pickup of the wrong product and refund of paid money refund else forcely i will go ahead with file an FIR against Meesho and Smartr logistic and I will also take this forward with consumer court.

Lets see who is the biggest fraud: Meesho or Smartr logistic.
