In a product order of "Canon 70 ink Black" 4 nos, I received the wrong item " Atomization Disinfection". I raised a refund request at that moment itself. But for return, I accidentally selected 1 item in return and returned all the quantities I received. The return was picked up by Shadowfax Courier on 19th of July 2022. Then I came to know that I have selected 1nos instead of 4 nos in the return window, so they have refunded the amount of 1 quanity. I call customer care and updated my quires and they told me that they will update that, but still, they are rejecting my request and didn't refund me the full amount.
