Mega Cabs — Not reported the cab on time and missed the flight

I have pre-ordered the meeru cab from my residence in bangalore to bangalore airport on 5th march by 5.30am, after regular calls to driver did't picked the call then i have called meeru cab office, they have arranged the cab by 6.15am and i have reported airport late and i could not able to catch the flight, to next flight i have waited 3hours and spend 5000/-additional expenses in airport. I have incurred total loss of 50, 000/- and looking for claim from meeru.
