Metro Cash And Carry — PhonePe Amount Has Not Yet Refunded.

This is regarding an issue with PhonePe payment of ₹4198.80 towards Metro Cash & Carry with Invoice 0/[protected]/007450 on 24th October 2021 at Metro Cash & Carry, Mysore Road, Bangalore, Karnataka.

For the first time, above mentioned amount was deducted from HSBC Bank through PhonePe and paid to Metro as well.
Metro billing section asked us to pay again as the amount has not been credited to our Metro account and your amount will get refunded in sometime if it is deducted. Hence we have waited a long and again made the same amount payment through HDFC Bank Debit Card.

It has been 5 days over today, the amount has NOT yet refunded.
I have checked with PhonePe and HSBC bank about the payment, they confirmed amount has been successfully credited to merchant account (Metro).

Even after series of followups, No body from metro team has contacted back to us. When we contacted metro multiple times (customer care, helpdesk, raised complaint) asking for the update - they are saying your amount is showing refunded with us.

Hence herein i am raising a complaint against metro to refund 10 times of the paid amount and it is with them.
