Metro Shoes — Non refund of money for returned order | |||
I have ordered a chappal from Metro shoes from their website metroshoes.net on 25.11.2020 making a payment of Rs.1415/-. I have requested online for a return of the order due to fitting issues. Also i have send a mail regarding this to [protected]@mentroshoes.net. I have also delivered the item to be returned to the nearest blue dart office on 19.12.2020 as they had an inconvenience in collection it at doorstep( attached copy of the return courier)Metroshoes also have mentioned a thirty day return policy and i have confirmed this through mail with the company as well. On tracking the status of the return courier in blue dart website, it shows the item is delivered too metro shoes on 20th December 2020( screenshot attached). Now even after one month of receipt of the return courier the amount is still not refunded to my account. I have ailed regarding this to [protected]@metroshoes.net multiple times but has not received any reply. I have tried to call in their two customer care numbers provided[protected] and [protected]. But they were never received. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
