[Resolved] Micromax — Faulty handset supplied - sent for service - not received | |||||
I bought Micromax Bolt Q 335 thru Poorvika Mobiles, Yelahanka, Bangalore in the month of November 2015. Since then it had a problem of low battery. I asked the vendor, he said i need to get in touch with the nearest Micromax Service Centre. So i gave my handset at my hometown (Coimbatore) for service. They sweetly took three days time to reset my software and even then my problem was not solved. Again on 03/02/2016 i gave it for service and they told me that it will take 21 days times for service. I left it to them and till today, i have no update from them. I am consistently calling up the customer care, but all the time, they say the mobile servicing is under process and will be delivered after 21 days (i wonder where this 21 days comes for them, probably Micromax has period cycle for 21 days it seems). My Job Sheet No: S[protected][protected]. I must have called up their customer service 20 times, and their answer is simple, they are arranging a call back and will get a call from their higher ups within next 24 hours. Till today, i havent got. I wrote my consent on their webpage, and some micky mouse will call, and they also say the same. Within 21 days times, they will give the handset. I really dont know how to reach the next level guy in micromax to screw. Just bunch of inefficient customer support team. I wonder how long it is going to take to service a mobile. Max 30 mins, if nothing seems working, just replace the mother board, and set it right. If it is taking time to do even this, then guys, there is a serious problem in micromax with regard to servicing. That much phones must have come back to them for servicing. MY HONEST REQUEST ALL MY FRIENDS IS THAT PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY OF MICROMAX PHONES. All are sub-standards is quality and very poor than china make (even this is a china make too). Mar 7, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Hey, very simple, they haven't even contact me. However i went to the local service guy, who said my handset has travelled from Coimbatore to Bangalore and then to Delhi for Service. Have to wait for one more than month.
How can that be resolved????? Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
