Respective Sir I am A.Jai kiran kumar I am facing an Very bad Response & Service From Your Micromax Care (MobileSeva) Which is Located at Marathahalli Bangalore . I Have claimed an Warranty for my Mobile (Model A121) On 13/2/2015. That concern person had said that They Required Max 15days to Solve my Mobile Problem. The issue were My mobile touch pad was automatically Operating & My Hand free was not working properly, and my USB cable was not working.On 28/2/2015 I have Called to that number what ever they have mentioned in the JOBSHEET Tel(080 [protected] Mobile ([protected]) only some times rarely that Tel number gets connected and that mobile number never works at all. On that day i spoke to some lady she said that systems are not working so she will give a call back!!! She had never keep up her words she dint gave a call to me.. So Finally i went on 29/2/2015 i went to that MICROMAX CARE and i checked up for my mobile status but MR JOSEPH said that the order has been placed some how i will manage to get your mobile ready by Saturday (2Days). and on Saturday i went and asked again they said that my mobile has been went to HEAD OFFICE? Later on a day after i went and asked about my mobile? They showed me my mobile it was with them only inside the cabin?? So Finally i want to conclude that weather will i be able to get my mobile repaired or not? Those people lies a lot!! further i cant be able to believe their words!!! My First Job sheet number is this[protected] and now again those people have took a complaint on 4/3/2015 stating that i have never gave a complaint on 13/2/2015 for my mobile!!! So i really dont know what your staffs doing or they trying to fool around me...I am very Disappointed and I am facing a very atrocious and terrible Service for you all people...I HOPE SO AT LEAST I WILL GET ANY KIND OF RESPONSE FROM YOU ALL PEOPLE!!!

More than 1 and month got over still I dint get my mobile the head office person asks me about the issue but they are not responding again next day they repeat the same question! ! If I visit the service center they are telling that due to some technical problem we have closed the shop so kindly please help me I don't know what to do now ?
