Micromax — Taking long time to repair the fault in my Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 | |||
I bought my Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 on the 21st day of June, 2014. Then after only 20 days it stopped showing the network and the sim card. It was a very big problem as we could not even call a person. We submit it in the service centre at Gaurav Communication, Office No. 1, Upstairs Vodafone Store, GT Road, Near Railway Road, Panipat. They told us that you can take it tomorrow. Next day he told us to take it after 15 days i:e: 2nd August. But on that day They told us to take it after 15 days more i:e: 17 August. But on that day he was saying to take it after 15 days. Its not a good thing for the company. As not only the mobile has a fault but also the company is not repairing it or replacing it. Now after more than a month its intolerable. I request to take an action on this and repair the mobile or replace it. Here some details of the mobile are given: Model No. A102 IMEI Nos.
