YU Televentures customer support is worst i can say, because on 15 NOV 2015 i sent my Yureka Plus for repair, now its 38th day i haven't got yet my device. And i spent 400rs mobile bill to talk and every time call i received same answer saying another 15 days. I am feeling very sad about this Indian company. YU Televenture is not taking India name to high. instead of taking down indian value. If a CEO doesn't know how to give a proper service to the costumer he is not deserve to open a company. All YU people's are making fools the costumers. Final suggestion is to YU is close the company and go and learn about service in Xiomi.
