I purchased 8.50 ton of vrf air conditioner system in the month of 2016 from mitsubishi electric. The warranty of the said system expired in march 2017. The official of the mitsubishi electric was supposed to communicate the same for the execution of amc. However, no such person from m/s. Allied engineering (Which is authorized service provider of mitsubishi) (Ae) contacted me for the purpose, and my unit functioned without amc for the period from the date of expiry of warranty till 31st december 2017.
Since there amc executed on 28th may 2018, i believe no service was rendered from the period from 1st january 2018 to 28th may 2018. The significance of the period can be derived from the fact that the payment of the amc for the year 2018 was made on 28th may 2018. If the mitsubishi is particular about the payment, it will not commence the amc unless the payment is received which infers that the amc must commence from the date of payment and not from 1st january 2018. Although the amc agreement may have the date of commencement from 1st january, but the fact how the payment was demanded in may 18 and if the policy of mitsubishi is to commence the work only the payment, then in such situation it is difficult to rely upon the fact the amc continued without payment to mitsubishi through its authorized service provider for the period from 1 january 18 to 28th may 2018. Going by the manner in which the payment was made towards amc for the year 2018, i was under the bonafide belief that the amc would continue and the payment would be demanded as usual in the month of may 19.
However, this time another person not from the ae visited my office and behaved in an unruly manner and directed me for the payment. I questioned why the person from allied did not come for the renewal. He said ae and mitsubishi are identical and there is no need to for the person from allied to come for renewal. I objected to this as i entered into amc for with ae for the year 2018 and wanted same to be continued in the presence of the representative of the ae.
Now it appears to me that the failure of the compressor is due to fault in servicing. Either the servicing must have not been done properly or not have been at all as my office premise is located on the 4th floor and vr[censored]nit is located on the 2nd floor. It is almost impossible to keep the check and how we are supposed to look into when we have no knowledge of it.
This is a case of gross negligence on the part of the officials of mitsubishi and its authorized service provider and holding me responsible for all the misdeeds.
I seek relief in the said mater at the earliest.

    I have 3 mitsubish elictiric ac in my shop
    One is 1.5 and other are 2 tons
    In the winter my 2 a/c were out of order, which was repaired again and again by engineers then it repaired after 3 months
    Know i complaint to june 13 at toll free no. For some problems and service which was commited at the time of sale no response from ur side
    My unit is fully digital and i am lossing my business from a week
    If there is no solution i am going to other option
    My air conditioner is not working and is under warranty...I tried contacting through toll free number but no one is picking the call from last 15 days...

        I had bought mitsubishi electric wide and long air conditioner 1 year back after completing 10 months the rotating motor was failed then we raised a complaint on it the technician came and sed that it was damaged and we will replace it, from there after it took 2 months from the technician to replace it in the mean while we had faced an issue with the cooling system even we had given a complaint about it after a long waiting period the technician came to fix the rotating motor and also sed that we had serviced it and the all your issues had been solved even we had complained about the service negligence in the meantime. After a month completion we again faced the same issue with the cooling system the compressor is automatically cutting of with out cooling the room and once again we had raised the complaint the technician came to check and see that we will replace the sensor board and check it after two days he came back to install the new sensor board, after fixing it also the issue had not solved and then he sed plz check it today we will come back tomorrow he came back in the next day evening and we see that the issue remains same he checked it once again and see that the gas level has decreased 5% we will check it once again after filling that he kept the gas pressure at 110 and then also the issue remains then he made a call to his sir and sed about the complaint his boss sed to increase the pressure to 150 then the technician sed we will check it tomorrow and he leaved after 2 or 3 days another technician came and justified a ought the complaint that you should keep the pressure at 150 then the issue will solve and you should pay 3000 rupees for this whole thing then my mom sed at first you solve the issue the we will give the money if the issue remains same then i will not pay the money which you asked he left of after the leastning my moms words and still we are facing the same issue now you guys tell me becuz of the late service we had lost to raising a complaint in the warranty time and we leaved it and now also your service man are asking to pay money without resolving the issue will you guys solve this issue or not plz informed me

          Respected sir,

          06th may 2016 i bought a/c from (Southcity aircon j-37 lajpat nagar 2nd, new delhi 110024 tel-[protected] india)

          I bought aluminium coil & i paid 1500 hundred extra to fix leakage problem in future... Also 900 hundred for indoor coating this is also for leakage fixing...

          Normally one or two services required in a season, but in my a/c i have taken 3 to 4 services from company which was free, & within the season i got leakage problem too which is sorted out in warranty period... & in this season 4 services done from local area... Literately i was frustrated with this problem.. So i called to southcity aircon (Mr. Gagan) he promise to sort out this.. His mechanic came & check finally he said due to dust problem a/c isn't working & 1500hundred will be charge or you can talk to my supervisor then i called him he said 2000rupees will be charged... So i called my local mechanic he said there is no gas also he shown me something new... Basically root cause of my problem which is i'm shearing you.. Now you can see clearly in my bill they have mentions coating of indoor but have a look of indoor there is no coating & they charged money for coating... See the (Img[protected]jpg) as discussed with my mechanic about this stain (This spray used when coating not done) now my quastion is southcity aircon such a big dealer & doing cheating (Telephonic conversation with the supervisor i share him all the details of bill & said i will complain to head office then he didn't reply after some time he called to my father & said to him uncal don't get angry i ll' fix all your problems free of cost don't complain to anyone or do whatever you can isn't it threatening...???)

          Now i have a few questions...??

          1, how they are ready to fix my problem free of cost???

          2, how he can threatening to customer.. Now i'm giving you free of cost & if you complain nothing will happen...???

          3, within the season leakage problem in mitsubishi???

          4, in next season again same leakage problem there is no gas in my a/c again??? In my last service what they did again i got the same problem???

          6, how it could be possible in mitsubishi is a big & expensive japanese brand. Japan is a most quality conscious country in the world in respect of quality how its possible???

          7, what to do now??? I'm suffering this problem will be fix or not???

          So many time i mailed & called to customers care & all related concern person but no response...

            We have purchased mitsubishi split ac 1.5tr 5* src20css-s6 of which sr. No.[protected]a[protected]Id) sr. No.[protected]a 17022101.
            As i have been puchased split ac in february 2017 dated 21st. First 3 months its performance was outstanding and i was satisfied, but at end of june its indoor unit is started making noise and i filed complaint and your representative came but could not solved it. Again i longed complaint. But same issue is persist. During a sleep many times i waked up too many times i am tired of this problem. Now no one is coming to solve this problem and your customer care department is completly igronring. What should i do? Wait for proper result? Or filed suit to customer gravience.

              4 months back i bought 10 nos mitsubishi electric ac for my house in mumbai. I had great expectation from mitsubishi electric. But unfortunately mitsubishi ac has disappointed big time as none of the ac are cooling as per expectation. At time ac are onn for 2-3 hours also and still the room isn't cooling at all. The cooling of the ac is really pathetic and i now feel i have made big mistake buying mitsubishi. Even the service is not so good. Now i am stuck buying mitsubishi ac. Dont know what to do.

                I rajiv sharma resident of chandigarh, sector 61, have purchased mitsubishi electric ac, model number msgk 18 on 24th april 2017 (The copy of bill of which is attached below). From the very first day it was not giving required cooling even on 17 degree & i raised complaint against this malfunctioning of the product by calling the service provider in chandigarh but, no one is ready to solve this issue and above all they harassed me by using harsh language.

                I got even more surprised when the people from the service team detected the gas leakage from the new product & still refused to replace it with another new one rather wanted to just fill in the gas which would be an unsatisfactory process for me as i have spent a huge amount on it & want a complete worth of it because i am dealing with a brand.

                I want you to either refund the whole amount spend by me or replace the given product with a new one.

                Requesting you to look into the matter & sort it out as soon as possible else, i will seek legal action against the company.
                So true, even I faced a similar issue in delhi. MITSUBISHI HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                Now I'm replacing my ac after 2 year after spending 40, 000 in repairs.
                Buying a LG one.

                  Hi this is Anoop from ongole Andhra Pradesh, we had purchased mitsubishi electric AC on 2016 November from April 2017 we are facing some problem with our AC, Some kind of very bad smell is coming form the unit not even able to sleep in the room at that time we had complained regarding this the service men checked it and sed there was no problem in it and sed that if the smell comes again just call us at the same time we will check it, as they sed we made a call at the same time then the service men came and cleaned the interor unit with some hot water and send the peoblem has been solved, but at the same day night we had faced the same problem again, now they are saying that we are checking with our company and will intimate you soon days has been going on but the problem still remains plz solve this problem as early as possible
                  Mitsubishi trium is my mobile i bought it at 3200 in begusarai bihar india then we take it at kolkata and stay there 5 years and my father is in army then we permanet in begusarai then the mobile is off and i have not charger of it then i requested to send mechanic and give me adress of mitsubishi trium than a lot '

                          Respected sir/madam,
                          I am a resident of ludhiana residing at 1, orchard villa, barewal road, adjoining magnet resort. It is to bring into your notice that i bought 6 air conditioners of mitsubishi electric vide bills no.23 dt 16/4/2015, 97 dt. 7/5/2015, 328 dt. 27/6/2015 from bandbox electronics pvt. Ltd. At ludhiana 1 year back. There are 2 persons in ludhiana with whom i had talk regarding service of my air conditioner i. E mr atul and mr. Gaurav. I was promised to be given 3 services for free in warranty period i. E for 1 year, when i called these persons to send people for service of my a/cs, first they did not send any person for service despite my calling them manyatimes. You will be shocked to know that they sent the persons after calling for so many days for servicing only 1 a/c
                          And the persons sent by them were untrained, unprofessional and irresponsible and when they were doing service of my a/c, they put a defect in that a/c, so i sent them back and was very disappointed seeing the after sale service to a consumer i. E me.
                          Instead they took rs.2000 for filling of gas in my one of the a/cs, which is in warranty period, which is indeed very shocking and shameful on their part, the persons like these are spoiling the name of your esteemed company by doing all this. And then they completed my 1 year without giving me 3 free services, so that i should pay for it, despite my calling them again and again. Now mr. Atul and mr. Gaurav at your ludhiana service center are asking for money taking the plea that now warranty time is over. I request you to please look into the matter and take strictest and strongest action against these persons and get the service done of all my a/cs from properly trained persons so that i get proper after sale services as your consumer. It is my request also to take prompt action so that i get my a/c service done as early as possible and take strongest action against persons like mr. Gaurav and mr. Atul, so that they cannot harass a consumer in future and cannot bring bad name to your esteemed company.

                          If no action is taken in this matter promptly, i will be forced to go to the hon'ble consumer courts and give the matter to different tv media channels.

                          An early action will be highly appreciated.

                            With this mail, I want to bring to notice for all concerns, That a bad
                            event happened with me by Mitusubishi, on dated 30.06.2016. I Have Purchased a AC Mitusubishi 1 Ton 5 star rating of 33500/- On dated 30/06/2016 I have recieved AC,
                            but it is very surprising to me that new AC Not cooling, for this I have raised a query to Local dealer mitusubishi for, check the
                            problem, this is only a fraud by company,
                            I have purchased so many times from Mitusubishi if company is doing such type of things with their regular customer then we should take a strong step
                            against them so that they can learn a lesson and stop such type of fraud
                            with customers, if company will not return/ exchange my order then I will
                            surely take legal action against them.
